Our Staff

All of our staff are appointed based on their experience and ability to support the children. Every member of staff must have an enhanced DBS check and we also make sure that our staff have undergone paediatric first aid training. Current members of the team are:
 

Vicki (Pre-School Manager)
Vicki has many years childcare experience having worked as a practitioner in our sister setting Stoughton Pre-School and as Deputy Manager at Knaphill Pre-School. Vicki is qualified to Level 6 having successfully completed a BA degree in Early Years Childcare and Education.

Lisa (Deputy Manager)
Lisa has worked with children for many years and has experience in working in different types of settings. Lisa has a Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Childcare. Lisa is the Special Educational Needs Coordinator for the Pre-School.
 

Suzanne (Pre-School Practitioner)
Suzanne has worked as a nanny as well as a nursery practitioner. Suzanne is qualified to NVQ Level 2 and is working towards Level 3.

Geraldine (Pre-School Assistant)
Geraldine worked as a childminding assistant prior to joining the team at Westborough.

Additional members of staff will be appointed in line with child to ratio requirements.
